If you change your mind about your Travelsure insurance policy – for whatever reason – you can cancel it in writing within 15 working days of the date the policy was issued to you.

You are entitled to a full refund of the amount you have paid, unless you have made a claim under that policy or you cancel the policy after commencement of the journey.

Please note that no refund can be made if we are notified outside of the period of 15 days (‘cooling off period’).
